This simple recipe is literally a margarita and champagne mixed together without the orange juice. The ingredients include: fresh lime juice, silver tequila, orange liqueur and champagne. To make this fun cocktail we like to chill our glass first. Once cold, line the rim of your glass with lime juice and salt the rim. Champagne Margaritas
Ingredients
- .50 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup silver tequila
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur
- 1 bottle champagne
- lime wedges optional
- salt optional
Instructions
- Chill your glass of choice. When chilled, use a lime wedge to wet rim and then rim with margarita salt.
- Add all liquid ingredients to a pitcher and stir.
- If you chose a margarita glass, pour over ice. If you chose a champagne glass, pour without ice.
- Add wedge of lime and enjoy!
