Tropical Mimosa

It has been some time since we have poured a mimosa, but we are happy to bring back our monthly mimosa recipe!  Let’s start with this super fun Tropical Mimosa recipe!  Rum and Pineapples are staples on the islands, and a fun addition to your summer drinks!

Mimosas are typically enjoyed in the morning, but this light and bright drink is perfect for any time of a hot day!  We love these light and bright cocktails and are continuously impressed by all of the variations that work so well all year long!

For this mimosa simply combine your rum and juices, then top off with champagne.  For a fun twist add a garnish that can be enjoyed with your cocktail.  We went with an orange slice, but pineapples and/or cherries work too!  Want to stop up your game with a few easy steps?  Chill your champagne flutes, or have fresh tropical fruit cut up and ready for garnishes!  You can also add a paper umbrella to amp up your vacay vibes!

We hope you enjoy your mimosas each month!!  If you try this recipe please tag us and share your thoughts.  That being said, we do ask that you drink responsibly and enjoy the recipes and opinions on our blog.  Cheers!  Simply, Beth
