Baked Country-Style Pork Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 2-2.5 lb country style pork ribs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1.5 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1.5 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 med onion, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • Start by spreading sliced onions and herbs over bottom of 13x9 casserole dish. Add water
  • Salt and pepper the ribs on all sides. Brush mustard on ribs and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Place ribs on top of onions, then cover with foil. Bake for about an hour, uncover then bake for another 30 minutes.
  • Serve with onions and enjoy!
