Kir Royale

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz creme de cassis
  • 4 oz sparkling wine Champagne, Prosecco or other

Instructions
 

  • Place your champagne flutes in the freezer to chill
  • Once cold, pour the creme de cassis into the flute. Slowly pour your champagne over the creme de cassis so that you preserve the bubbles.
  • Garnish, if you'd like, with raspberries or a twist of lemon and enjoy!
