Sheet Pan Ranch Pork Chops with Veggies
Sheet Pan meals make life so much easier. Enjoy this delicious recipe with lots of veggies!

Ingredients

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
Worcestershire sauce

1oz pack
Ranch dressing mix
1
tsp
pepper
1/4
tsp
salt
1
zucchini, sliced
2
bell peppers, sliced
1
red onion, chopped
1/4
cup
brussels, sliced
1/4
cup
mushrooms, sliced
2-4
pork chops
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475
Mix all wet ingredients with seasonings. Reserve 1/3 of marinade for the pork chops
place all veggies in a bowl and coat with the remaining 2/3 of marinade. Stir well
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder and brush with the marinade you set aside
place veggies on the sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Add pork chops on separate sheet and cook both sheet pans for 10-15 minutes.
Notes
Choose different veggies if you'd like! This marinade will work with most veggies that taste good when cooked in the oven.
