Place chicken in the slow cooker. Season with ranch seasoning and top with the cream cheese
Cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. Internal temperature of chicken should reach 165 F. The chicken will be able to easily shred when ready.
Shred the chicken and stir to allow the cream cheese to turn into creamy goodness with the chicken.
Sprinkle the top with pieces of the bacon

We serve over egg noodles, but this makes a great stand alone dish. Would be great with onions, mushrooms and spinach as well!
