Steak Marinade

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, and black pepper.Add rosemary or thyme if desired for extra flavor.
  • Place your steak (ribeye, filet mignon, or your favorite cut) in a shallow dish or resealable bag.Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it’s fully coated.Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but overnight is ideal for maximum flavor.
